The kids looked after by Halloween Jack (apocalypsejack)
Donya: PB Martin Sweet
A non-binary teenager (16). Donya ran away from home in the Ministry city south of Hunger City when they was only 9. Jack found them not long after.
Hannah: PB Angie Bowie
Jack's previous girlfriend. She was caught by the Ministry once as a teenager and had he mind erased. At 20 she was caught again because she lived with Jack. The second mind wipe left her without memories and the inability to make new memories.
Choko: PB Sophie Kim
Born with MS and hidden by her parents at first so she wasn't killed, they brought her to Jack when she was 6 because they were under scrutiny. Jack hacked together a power chair for the girl to get around better. She is now 10 and very independent.
Charlie (Charey): PB Zowie Bowie
Born blind Charlie was smuggled out of Ministry territory just after birth to prevent him from being killed for being defective. When he was brought to the Diamond Dogs Jack and Hannah took him in (before her mind wipe). Charlie has known no other parents. Now 2 years old he is a thriving child despite the situation.
